Liquid painting line

Less demanding in terms of surface preparation than powder coating, it can be associated with a chemical surface treatment (often in a tunnel) or shot blasting, or even a simple cleaning of the part.

The application of liquid paint requires better control than powder in the case of manual application. It can also be carried out by multi-axis robots. Drying the parts after painting can be done in an oven or in the open air, depending on the quantities of paint applied, the type of parts, and the envisaged production.

Simple lines are equipped with manual conveyors or mechanized MONORAIL conveyors, while more complex ones are equipped with essential BIRAIL conveyors in case of parallel cabin arrangements, long part lengths (up to 18 m), or integration with assembly lines.Less demanding in terms of surface preparation than powder coating, it can be associated with a chemical surface treatment (often in a tunnel) or shot blasting, or even a simple cleaning of the part.
