Process
Direct loading onto the transfer bridge.
Operation of the transfer system by the operator who chooses the line or where the load transfer should take place.
The line is equipped with an OMIA manual shot blasting booth with 3 lines of manual conveyors inside.
An OMIA powder coating booth with 3 lines of manual conveyors inside.
An OMIA liquid paint booth with 3 lines of manual conveyors inside. A drying oven for liquid and powder baking with 5 lines of manual conveyors inside.
A buffer stock area with 5 lines of manual conveyors between the booths and the oven.
An outdoor storage area outside the building equipped with 3 lines of manual conveyors. In these equipments, each conveyor line can support loads of 2000 kgs.
The result of a close collaboration between OMIA and FROST, this installation is a prime example of a successful collaboration between two manufacturers to best address the handling challenges of long and heavy loads in manual mode. Thanks again to BTS INDUSTRIE for their trust.
